Problem
With the upgrading of KL – Karak Highway from a two-lane highway to a six-lane highway, part of the highway needs to be rebuilt due to lack of space. Part of the KL – Karak Highway uses Terramesh to reinforce the road embankment in order to have a wider carriage way.
Solution
The height of the Terramesh wall is 6m and the panel length is 5m. Geotextiles were placed at the back face to prevent any washing through of the select fill materials.
